It was however felt that the vocal signing sound that came out around 1996/1998 from England attracted a new younger audience in the UK. There is reports of 12 year olds at UK raves amongst people who were in their 30s. It put off the older ravers. Also the "Happy Hardcore" term is very complex. What the UK considers being "Happy Hardcore" is likely something different to the rest of the world. There are people here who do not see this vocal music as being "Happy Hardcore". It gets quite complicated. |
