With a catalogue of tracks from producers such as the world-renowned Laurent Garnier, Oliver Chesler (The Horrorist), Dave Rogers (Delta 9), Carl Carinci (DOA), Rob Gee, Buzz Fuzz, Dark Raver & Label founder Lenny Dee, Ruff Beats is the label that first introduced the European gabber style of hardcore to the USA.
With nineteen releases, Ruff Beats Records was an outlet for a more party oriented, rave style hardcore than its big brother Label, Industrial Strength Records.
Ruff Beat tracks have been licensed to a slew of compilations such as the Hellraiser, Thunderdome, and the Heroes of Hardcore series. Ruff Beats is a familiar name amongst hardcore DJs & fans alike.
