And in makina ... you can not afford to pay original artist.
In my remix of Innocence, i credit Avril
But will this make difference if she take me to court ?

Its is FACT most melodys of makina are not ORIGINAL

Is the music good ? YES

Congratulations M8!!! it's great that not only here in Spain there's people that listen Makina. I hope lots of scottish buy it. La makina se nutre de mixes y de remixes de remixes. Cuantas veces se ha versionado/remezclado el maniac. Cabría decir que muchos de los temazos que suenan hoy en día son remixes de canciones originales. Peor era antes que existian los covers.

I see that the main point of my comment was not understand specially by Gary MC & PJ Makina starting an useless discussion about remixes.
Well, first in no way i am against the remixing, second results unacceptable that you show something as yours when it is not and understand the fact as it is.
KRONIK - SPANISH SOUND is trying to seem an original melody and who has never ever heard it before will think that it is. Got it?. If the intention of the producer wasn't to cheat, why he didn't use another title? like i think could be: FORMULE MAKINA (KRONIK REMIX) in the case that Ruboy be the creator of that melody as many people think and problem solved.
Veo que el punto central de mi comentario no fué entendido especialmente por Gary MC & PJ Makina empezando una inútil discusión sobre remixes.
Bien, primero en ningún sentido estoy en contra del remixear, segundo resulta inaceptable que muestres algo como tuyo cuando no lo es y entiéndase el hecho como tal.
KRONIK - SPANISH SOUND está tratando de parecer una melodía original y quien nunca antes la haya escuchado pensará que así es. ¿Lo captais?. Si la intención del productor no fué engañar, ¿por qué no usó otro título? como pienso que podría ser: FORMULE MAKINA (KRONIK REMIX) en el caso de que Ruboy sea el creador de esa melodía como mucha gente piensa y problema resuelto.

Que?? The melody of the Ruboy track was stolen from the Raver's Fantasy track? That's a major dissapointment to me, because this was the tune that actually drew my attention towards Makina... And Apology 2000 & Netherwold - Atlantis are also stolen? Man...all my favorite classix seems to be cheap copies of other tracks xD...too bad  Anyway, I bought the CD last week but my copy still didn't arrive!! Gary MC, is there a way to find out whether or not my CD has been sent?  I can give u my paypal details...

me cuesta creer que ruboy remixeara eso, aunque de ser asi la mejoro muchisimo.
El hizo mal en no poner el nombre de la original (repito, en caso de que sea un remix de ese tema que decis), y tambien lo habeis hecho mal ahora vosotros.
Que pasa, que si alguien hace algo mal ya nos da derecho a los demas tambien a hacerlo?
Aqui la cuestion esta en que os han pillado y punto, no querais darle mas vueltas y reconoced vuestro fallo.

But we are also saying that even Ruboys is not original so there for Ruboy should have put REMIX in his. I am good friends of Ruboy, he has been in my studio and i have been into his and iknow this all well. There are many songs that have been done the same way, not only Ruboy or Kronik. So imo it is no reason to argue for which is wrong. We do somthing great and create a CD that is 100% Makina. And we see good results. Thankyou all for your kind words !
